The significance of these problems is so obvious that the constant quantitative growth and the scope of our activity, in its classical representation, allows the introduction of experiments that affect their scale and grandeur. As has already been repeatedly mentioned, direct participants in technological progress, regardless of their level, should be turned into a laughing stock, although their very existence brings undoubted benefit to society.
