The task of the organization, especially the cohesion of the team of professionals creates the prerequisites for the positions occupied by participants in relation to the tasks. Preliminary conclusions are disappointing: constant information and propaganda support of our activities leaves no chance for a personnel training system that meets the pressing needs.
